Data Science Team Lead

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managing data scientists, machine learning engineers and data engineers (over 5 years - an advantage, managing MLOps engineers - an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a data scientist, ML engineer or big data engineer.
- Development experience in Python (Scala experience - An advantage).
- Graduate degree in computer science, statistics or applied mathematics (PhD - An advantage).
- Deployment of a machine learning project to production - A requirement.
- Experience with one of the following techniques is an advantage: Explainable AI (XAI) algorithms, causal inference methods, out of distribution (OOD) data detection methods, adversarial machine learning techniques.
- Implementing a machine learning algorithm from scratch - An advantage.
Responsibilities:
- As a leader on our research team, you will have a huge impact on the technological directions that the company will take.
- Work with state of the art deep learning and machine learning techniques: adversarial machine learning, causal inference, graph neural networks, Bayesian neural networks, etc., as our product differentiator is our cutting edge data science algorithmics.
